Renovation of existing railway cottage as ancillary living accommodation for the main dwellinghouse on the site works to include an extension and alterations to the former railway cottage and for the upgrading of the existing waste water treatment system and percolation area to serve both the ancillary accommodation and the main dwelling and all associated works.
