Alterations and change of use of existing office building to use as dwelling house. Building was originally constructed as a dwelling pre 1964 and operated as a Post Office and subsequently, an accountants office. Proposed alterations are mininmal and involve removing a chimney, fitting kitchen units, and sanitary ware. No significant building works are proposed. The building is not being extended. The exterior envelope of the building is not being altered. The interior layout of the building will remain largley as is. Area to which alterations are to be carried out to is less than 40 sq. metres. Proposed works are expected to last 10 days, with two cosntruction oepratives / tradesmen on site each day.
