This project is defined as The Research Hub Phase 1, a New Science Research and Incubator Facility for the Dublin Institute of Technology and Associated Works. The site is located within the overall Grangegorman Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), of approx. 28.69 hectares at Grangegorman, Dublin 7. The specific site of the proposed development comprises approx. 0.439ha and is located on the western side of Grangegorman Lower. The facility is located on a brown-field site and comprises the equivalent of six stories over ground in height and approximately 4,414 sqm in extent.
