Permission for; (a) provision of a new vehicular entrance with electronic gate and associated landscaping to the rear of the site to allow for on-site parking, (b) demolition of shed abutting rear return and construction of new single storey extension with rooflights, (c) modifications to existing window and door opes on rear elevation and rear return, (d) provision of new insulated concrete floor slab and associated damp proofing at garden level, (e) internal modifications to existing openings at garden level and (f) all landscaping and ancillary site works in association with the above development.
