The development will consist of the following principal elements: Removal of fuel store (3.1 SQM) and single-storey annexe (9.6 SQM) both at rear; the construction of part single (32.1 SQM), part two-storey (5.9 SQM) extension to the rear (38 SQM total); Rear elevation changes and internal modifications on the ground, first floor return and first floor of the existing dwelling. These will include the removal of non-original windows and ope enlargement at ground floor level and modification of a single original window to the rear half-landing; Reinstatement of the current bathroom at first floor rear to a bedroom; Provision of a new rooflight over the stairwell located on a rear roof pitch not visible from the street. The overall development will include all associated site development and landscaping works and all conservation and repair work.
