The development will consist of:(i) demolition of a single storey pitched roof sun room (12 sq. m.) to the East side of the existing dwelling (ii) the construction of a single story pitch roofed extension (20 sq. m.) to the East side of the existing dwelling (iii), minor alterations to fenestration and (iv) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
