The development applied for consisted of the erection of new forecourt shop, including ATM, deli, ancillary stores and offices, internal and external seating areas, new forecourt canopy, rollover carwash, equipment store, 5 no. 4.5 metre high poles with flood light and security cameras, rear compound area, underground fuel tanks, petrol interceptor, carwash interceptor, aluminium clad illuminated gantry sign and associated works and alterations to existing access to public road.
