The development will consist of : (1) demolition of an existing single storey office building and (2) construction of a new two storey extension (4,491m2) to the existing DUB09 building for use as electrical rooms for electronic operations and mechanical plant rooms. The works will include external roof top engineering plant with associated visual screening, revised levels of the existing site to facilitate the new extension and sundry associated works.
