6-8 Hanover Quay - Modification of Existing Warehouse to new Offices

Modification of existing warehouse buildings, to provide new office building for 4,414m2 over 3 floors. The proposed development will include removal of internal walls and structures to provide an open plan office layout across 3 floors (2 storeys over lower ground floor with central atrium). The 3 primary facades to Hanover Quay, Benson St., and Green St. East are to be retained, repaired and restored with reopening and extension of windows. New roof structure with maximum ridge height of +15.25m. Provision of Ground floor internal courtyard, new first floor south facing balcony, new ESB substation/ switch room and provision for 44 bicycle spaces. Includes all associated site development and landscaping works.
