Installation of Temp. E. Dept. at MRH Mullingar

The works consist installation of temporary building at hospital site for Emergency Department with required services and site layout modification and construction of a service plant for time of renovation works within the main hospital building at MRH Mullingar. This temporary accommodation is to be a detached single story unit linked to the main hospital building via east stairs of existing five storey block. The building is to be constructed of proprietary modular units to performance specification, general arrangement plans, sections and elevations provided and specialist subcontractor's details and specification. All mechanical and electrical services has been adequately detailed at design stage. The Emergency Department is to be decant to its current location after the modernisation works within main hospital building completion. The temporary building will be removed from site and all site elements to be reinstated.
