It is proposed to construct a mixed-use residential building at Scholarstown known as Block C3, Knocklyon, D16 N6V6. The project involves the construction of a six storey building. The ground floor consists of a Retail Unit, Management Suite and Café (commercial units). All residential units are located on the upper floors and all are served by a single protected stair and lift enclosure which discharges to the external at ground floor.
