Revisions to previously granted planning reference number 18/174, which consists of the following (a) revised house type from dormer to storey and half type dwelling, (b) alterations to previous dwelling design and layout. Planning permission will also consist of single storey garage, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, bored well, new entrance and all ancillary site works.
