The works are to include the change of use, alterations and renovation to two existing ground floor commercial units to include; shower room, kitchen, dining and living area, bedrooms, storage and the associated works at Unit 1&2, Rivercourt Apartments, Grattan Quay, Waterford and to include all associated drainage and site works.
