Proposed works to Markree Castle consist of: Lower Ground Floor - change of use of existing store/service rooms to 3 no. bedroom suites and laundry room and widening of opening from stairs to reception space. Upper Ground Floor - change of use of existing kitchen to part of dining rooms and chair store, change of use from bedroom suites 1-3 to new kitchen and washroom area, new openings from the sitting rooms to the bar and dining room and alterations to the existing gents toilets.
