Change of use of a former public house and guest house to a dwelling house - the works shall comprise: (1) the demolition of all the existing extensions at the rear of the original structure; (2) construction of a new two storey residential extension; (3) minor modifications to the existing elevations; (4) construction of a new footpath, boundary walls and boundary fencing and (5) all associated siteworks and site services at the former Kelly's Bar located at the junction of Top Road and Buenos Aires Drive.
