It is proposed to install a steel platform mezzanine within the existing Unit 13 at Hibernian Industrial Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The mezzanine will be a standalone structure within the existing footprint of the building, which is used for storage only. The mezzanine will have a gross area of 380sqm and will be accessed via two stairways.
