Phase 1 Enabling works and site works that comprise the provision of (a) 46 car parking spaces including 2 disability access spaces, 7 electric vehicle charging points, and 22 bicycle spaces; (b) relocation of the vehicle entrance on Fenagh Road/Ballykealy Lane with a new pedestrian access point; and (c) new boundary treatment along the perimeter of the site and associated site works and services.
