The removal of the existing single-storey extension to the rear of the existing detached house and the construction of a new part single-story part two-storey extension in its place. The proposed works will also include a dormer window to the rear at first floor and new rooflights to the side and rear together with all associated works to the existing house to facilitate the proposed extension including site development works,landscaping and boundary treatment.
