• Extension of the existing F34 AMHS track system via LK1 Building into F10 North Support F-1 Occupancy and termination within the F10 Cleanroom H-5 Occupancy. Includes a 3-hr wall AMHS track fire door system to be installed in 2 no. locations. • Formation of new Cleanlink and Pedestrian Corridors within the F10 North Support with revised egress modifications. • New Fab and North Support Corridors MIMO cross connect Lobbies with both Man Door and Interstitial level maintenance doors access. • New staircase access to the Interstitial ceiling space (occupied for maintenance only) serving the AMHS track system. • Modified Fire Protection Sprinkler system. • Modified Fire Alarm system. • General compliance with the IBC, regarding the overall Fire Code Strategy of the design. • Modifications to the existing 3-hr plasterboard fire separation walling and supporting steelwork structure to the LK1-F10 interface for the AMHS crossing. • Modifications to the existing 8 inch (200mm) thick in-situ concrete walling 3-hr fire separation walling to the F10 North Support and F10 Fab interface for the AMHS crossing (noting 2 no. separate buildings here). • New Mech ventilation installation to serve the Cleanroom AMHS-Pedestrian Corridor track routing with 1 CFM ventilation and exhaust to meet Intel Cleanroom protocol requirements. • Additional Support rooms and spatial modifications to the North Support Fab level areas. Existing temporary building retrofitted for a Dry Waste Compound to the north side of F10 RODI/AWN structures. • 1 no. new MAH unit mounted at grade level to the underside of the LK1 Building (external undercroft).
