The alterations and extensions will consist of the following: (1) demolition of single-storey rear extension & detached domestic garage (2) construction of a one & a half storey extension to the rear, to include a single-storey side extension & flat roof link (3) alterations of existing facade treatments to include openings and materials (4) ancillary internal & external refurbishments (5) use of existing access (6) New wastewater treatment system together with all associated works.
