Construction of a single storey extension consisting of a living area and a self-contained living accommodation connected to the south facing gable of existing dwelling. Permission is also sought for the following (a) to close existing garage door with same relocated to the south facing garage elevation, (b) remove existing wet dash finish and replace with a complete plaster finish, (c) to slightly realign existing site entrance and for permission to connect to all existing public site services together with all associated site works.
