Construction of a 217m2 energy efficient Passive single story dwelling house with 60m2 garage to the rear of the property. The house is a single story not exceeding 5.35m in height with mechanical ventillation, high levels of insulation and airtightness throughout. Earthworks will be carried to ensure safe access and that the development blends into the site aided by landscaping planting of native plants, hedgerows and trees. All excavated material will be retained on site. A tertiary wastewater treatment system will be installed onsite in accordance with EPA assessment report.
