Cork comprising: 1) Permission is sought for a) the conversion of the southern vehicular entrance to a pedestrian entrance only: b) the removal of an existing fence (located to the side of the vehicular entrance on the northeastern corner) to facilitate the reinstallation of a sod and stone ditch c) the construction of a storage shed; d) connection of the timber cabin into the permitted waste water treatment system permitted under Planning ref no. ref. 21/102 once works have been completed and 2) all associated ancillary site development works.
