The development will consist of the demolition on an existing detached dwelling, the construction of a new replacement dwelling with domestic garage, new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, revised site entrance from road to enter the site including any necessary pruning of existing hedgerows, landscaping and all ancillary site works.
