Refurbishment works to the cinema entrance and lobby areas to include lighting upgrade, new bespoke joinery, signage/new internal matt well, external finishes and decorations. Works do not require an FSC as they do not include a change of use, subdivision of space, material alteration or extension of existing floor area.
