The development will consist of the following: demolish one redundant boiler chimney (east elevation), removal of existing pop-out pitched roof and replacement with a flat roof (south elevation), refurbish dormer (east elevation), garage conversion (east elevation), construction of new extension and terrace to the rear (south elevation), provision of skylights (east elevation), replace existing cladding with render (north elevation), alteration to the porch depth, alteration to porch and first floor openings (north elevation), provide a new connection to Uisce Éireann public effluent treatment system and all associated site works.
