a) removal of existing single-storey extension, sheds and garage to side and rear of dwelling, and b) the construction of a two-storey, extension to side and rear of existing dwelling, with rooflights, c) single-storey extension to rear of dwelling, with rooflights, d) widening of existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.5m, and all associated site works. Additionally, under planning D24A/1036/WEB (soon to be granted), the proposed alterations will consist of a) additional 1.0m in depth to proposed rear extensions to ground and first floor, b) new flat-roof dormer window to rear of existing roof slope to facilitate attic conversion, c) changes to rooflights at attic level.
