Extension and renovation to existing detached dwelling at No. 92 Coliemore Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Proposed works consist of removal of existing pitched and flat roof structure to facilitate additional storey, demolition of selected existing internal walls and external stone entrance stair to provide for new internal layouts inclusive of new infill floor construction. The development will include the construction of extensions at ground, first and aforementioned new second level which will result in an increase of internal gross floor area from 300 sq m to 405 sq m. Works also include construction of new attached garage, revisions to front and rear landscaping and terraces, revisions to the existing drainage systems, revisions to existing boundary wall treatments to facilitate relocation of vehicular access/egress, upgrades to entrance laneway as well as all other associated works above and below ground.
