Description:
Single storey contingency en route Air Traffic Communications Centre measuring 830 sq m to the north of the existing North Atlantic Communications Centre and connected to it via a glazed link corridor. Stair access to a roof mounted plant area screened by continuous louvered structure. Parapet levels range to a height of 12.3 OD from a new finished floor level of 4.2 OD. A roof mounted communication aerial array rises to circa 15 m OD. The proposed development includes all ancillary site development including energy compound ,carpark, landscaping and new boundary treatments. The required on site waste water treatment system is subject to a separate planning application reference no 14-221.
