(3) a covered link to the main hospital at ground floor level and associated plant at roof level (81m2), (4) The relocation of an existing oil tank. (5) The reinstatement of 3 no. car parking spaces. The development shall also comprise site development works associated with car parking, vehicular & pedestrian circulation, hard & soft landscaping and connections to existing site services infrastructure.
