development works at Block 2, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, a seven storey office building to include: i) Demolition of existing external steps and link to ground floor, including section of external railing. ii) Removal of existing glazed screen and doors to part of front elevation, Harcourt Street. iii) Provide new glazed screen to part of front elevation, Harcourt Street, where existing removed. iv) Provide new external railing and plinth wall at pavement level and associated site works.
