The project is located at Level 1, Commercial Side (East) of the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute Building, Pearse Street, Dublin 2.
The Works include the fit-out of accommodation totalling approximately 1685sqm including toilets and services installations.
The building is complete and is occupied on a number of levels. The areas to be fitted out(Subject Area) have been constructed to a shell and core standard.
The area to be fitted out is classified as Commercial Office Space. The fit-out includes academic accommodation and offices. This constitutes a Material Change of Use. A Fire Safety Certificate is submitted (FA/14/1190) for the project. A DAC application is to be submitted shortly. This 7day Notice is being made so as to enable the commencement of works in advance of the receipt of the Fire Safety Certificate Grant.
