construction of a single storey, practical activity room annexe to the previously Granted Planning Permission (Reg. Ref. D13A/0073) for a special education resource suite, all to the rear of the existing school yard. The proposed Annexe unit includes supporting ancillary spaces and facilities and has a floor area of 112.5 sq.m. The works include associated site works and landscaping etc. The external treatment and finishes have been designed and selected to harmonise with the existing school and proposed school extension (Reg. Ref. D10A/0689 & Reg. Ref. D13A/0073) and to further enhance the schools learning environment. The existing school will remain fully operational through the construction period and requires no additional car parking provisions.
