The project comprises of the partial demolition and renovation of an existing domestic dwelling and construction of a new low energy extension at Knocknagow House, Greenville Rd, Monkstown, Co. Dublin. The purpose of the project is to renovate the premises and to produce a low energy requiring premises. There are a number of elements within the project to extend the existing building: - The demolition of the existing extension and much of the existing main house. - A number of internal walls are to be relocated. - Existing external walls are to be clad with 200mm of external insulation. - Construction of a new low energy extension and strengthening works where required of the existing main house.
