Development consisting of 1) the demolition of extensions to rear, plant and stores to the side, the rear chimney to the South elevation and sections of roof, walls and floors, 2) extensions to the existing house including a two storey bay windowed extension to the front to match existing, a new chimney to match existing and a two storey extension of the existing footprint to the rear with a single storey dining area extending beyond, 3) alterations to the roof including a new clearstorey dormer window over the existing arched entrance with a new section of pitched roof to match existing over, an extension of the existing roof profile vertically, to a higher ridge level, and horizontally, over the two storey extension to the rear and over a new covered, arched access to the side, all to accommodate an attic conversion including velux rooflights to front and sides and a new dormer window to rear and 4) all associated landscaping and site works.
