Description:
The development will consist of the demolition of the garden façade(13.5sqm) of the existing garage (35.00 sqm) to reduce area of garage to (21.50 sqm) and allow for new garden garage façade with arched glass hardwood double glazed doors and granite finish. Allow for the demolition of the rear boiler room and concrete steps and balcony (area 4.3sqm ) to allow for new open metal steps and balcony (area4.7sqm ) in the same position. Allow for removal of P.V.C door to rear first floor return to allow for new hardwood double glazed doors.
Allow for the planting of a bin area to front of garden and the increased area of front basement light well level by removing the built up driveway and constructing a new retaining wall. Allow for removal of 20th window to front bay to allow for new hardwood double glazed sash windows. Allow for new glass to front door to replace 20th century glass and allow for new hardwood door to basement beneath stairs and at rear return.
The basement has previously been greatly modified and the main original features removed. Allow for the removal of the20th century windows to rear basement to allow for a new opening and new double glazed hardwood doors.
