Construction of two new 2-bed single storey semi-detached dwellings including provision of individual vehicular access from Weavers Walk and construction of a new footpath along the western side of Weavers Walk connecting the proposed development with the existing footpath on Clonsilla Road together with all associated landscaping, site services and external works.
