Permission for development to (1) raise the existing roof height to allow for habitable rooms at first floor level and change the existing hipped roof with a dormer style roof (2) external and internal alterations to the existing dwelling house (3) install a new pitched roof on existing garage (4) replace existing septic tank and percolation area with a new treatment system and polishing filter area as well as all ancillary site works
