1. Proposed external works these will include the erection of a new water storage and associated pump house to the south-west corner of the site and external plant equipment with fence enclosures to perimeter of the building. 2. Proposed Intake extension, a double height extension with dock door to the east elevation, with a proposed area of 180m² 3. Proposed dock door, a new dock door is proposed to be erected to the east elevation with an area of 10m² 4. Proposed compressor room, a two storey extension to the existing front (north) elevation with an area of 192m² 5. Proposed Services and Storage areas; a two storey extension to the existing front (north) elevation with services area on ground floor and storage area at first floor with a total area of 666m² (Phase 2 of proposed works) 6. Proposed Warehouse extension; a double height extension with 2no. dock doors to the west elevation with a new vehicular access ramp and a proposed area of 174m² 7. Proposed Elevation alterations; blocking up existing dock doors on east elevation and providing new pedestrian doors and steps (Phase 3 of proposed works) 8. Proposed Alterations to include partially enclosed external staircase to east elevation. The stairs will give access to internal first floor services void and second floor plant area. 9. Proposed Flag poles to front of building and signage to front (north) and side (west) elevations
