PLANNING APPLICATION (PL Ref: 09/1027,for the COMPLETION of a two storey dwelling house, domestic garage, waste water treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary works(gross floor space 367sqm). PL Ref: 11/1051, Application for permission for change of dwelling & garage designed from that Granted, Planning Ref: 09/1027; PL Ref: 14/384 Extension of Duration.) This project was put on hold in December 2013 due to funding. The Commencement Notice for this application was not lodged with the council due to a oversight on behalf of the client at the time, this would not be entirely unusual prior to building regulation. Padraic Hession and Associates have been employed by the owner to complete a commencement notice under the new building control regulation before any further construction takes place. In the previous construction stage of the dwelling the Foundation, Walls and roof have already completed. Padraic Hession and Associates have carried out and on site inspection to record all works completed and the attached photographs have demonstrate this. The following images log the current stage of construction and serve as a starting point for the new commencement notice.
