1. Change of use of the former Oughterard Courthouse, Main Street, Oughterard which is a Protected Structure, to include the existing use of the building as a public library and additional uses for tourism, culture and related community activities 2. The carrying out of works to the former Courthouse which is a Protected Structure. Works will consist of the provision of a single storey extension to the rear of the building, reroofing with alterations, repair of windows and doors, upgrade of existing fabric, alterations to the interior to accommodate new uses and site works including alterations to existing drains and services.
