(1) To demolish existing rear extension and shed; (2) To build single storey extension incorporating a small mezzanine to rear and side of existing dwelling; (3) To include for minor fenestration alterations and re-roofing of existing dwelling; (4) To build domestic out-building with lofted storage; (5) To upgrade/replace existing septic system with new on-site wastewater treatment system to current EPA guidelines and (6) For all associated site works
