The development will consist of the construction of single storey extensions to the south west side and to the north east side of the existing two storey dwelling house, together with single and two storey extensions to the rear/ north of the existing two storey dwelling house, to include all internal alterations, together with a new effluent treatment system and percolation area, and all associated siteworks.
