Construction of a development over the existing urgent care centre comprising (1) an endoscopy unit including a link corridor to the main hospital at 1st floor level and associated plant at roof level, (2) a shell & core unit for future fit out. The development shall also comprise site development works associated with improving access to car parking, vehicular & pedestrian circulation, hard & soft landscaping and connections to existing site services infrastructure.
