(1) retention & completion of extension on eastern side of dwelling house, which also includes alterations to roof; (2) retention and completion of porches on front and rear elevations; (3) retention & completion of separate residential unit on eastern side of dwelling; (4) permission to permanently close existing vehicular entrance and to construct new vehicular entrance to serve site; (5) permission to lower road side boundary wall from 1.9m to 1.2m; (6) permission to install external insulation and render on entire dwelling house and separate residential unit and (7) permission to install new corner window on rear and western elevation
