Description:

The development will include the provision of vehicular access from Grand Canal Quay to the basement car park via the existing ramp of the adjacent No.1 Grand Canal Quay building. The proposed basement level will comprise car parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces, staff facilities including changing rooms and showers, bin storage, set-down area, and plant equipment. The ground floor area will comprise a publicly accessible café, reception area, staff and customer facilities, office space, ESB sub-station, and plant rooms. The upper floors will comprise office spaces, including staff facilities from first to fourteenth floor levels, and lift cores and stairwells to serve each floor level, all tenant areas to meet grey box standards. The proposed development also includes the provision of a roof terrace at the eighth floor level and roof top plant enclosure at the fifteenth floor level.
