The ground floor of the Building is not included in this application, and a fire certificate has been recently granted for the proposed works for material alteration and change of use from retail to café/restaurant use. Cork City Council granted an exemption of Planning for a Change of Use following the submission and approval of an S.I. 75 application for this project.
