1. Change of use from a multi-occupancy building (currently ten self-contained bedsits) to a single dwelling unit; 2. Internal stripping-out works which include removal of non-original partitions, attic floor, kitchenettes, bathrooms, non-original fireplaces and other elements which were installed in order to subdivide the property into bedsits; 3. General repair and reinstatement works; 4. Demolition of a non-original single-storey extension and shed to the rear of the property; 5. Construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the property to incorporate a new family dining area at garden level; 6.
