1) Demolish existing single storey extension to rear and construct single storey extension to rear. 2) Extension to existing upper floor dormer level consisting of extending main roof across to form gable end roof, dormer window to rear, rooflights to front and rear, window in proposed side gable. 3) Lower window cills of ground floor windows to front.
