Fit-out of Unit Johnstown Shopping Centre as a Costa Coffee to include internal fit-out. Fit-out works include the installation of new emergency & general lighting, the installation of a new fire alarm interfaced with that of the shopping centres, laying of floor finishes, erection of internal stud wall partitions, installation of prefabricated feature joinery items such as balustrades, coffee counter etc, internal decoration & installation of fixed & loose furniture and the installation of new accessible WC. Works also include the removal of the partition between unit 8 and unit 9 to create one larger unit and the change of use from ‘shop’ to ‘assembly and recreation’. And alterations to the access to the front and side internal elevation from the mall.
